The translation tools most commonly used by our professionals are SDLX, Trados and LocStudio. Each translation project is entrusted to a linguistic coordinator and a project manager who work together to manage the project step-by-step. Project analysisThe project is analyzed according to four criteria:
Team selectionHaving analyzed the content, the linguistic coordinator selects the translation team to work on the project based on very specific linguistic profiles. CoordinationThe linguistic coordinator transmits the project to the selected team, describes the nature of the project and sets deadlines. The coordinator also manages the entire translation process and stays in constant contact with the translation team. He/she collects any questions arising during translation and communicates them to the client in the form of a Q&A. ProofreadingWhen a translation is complete, translators submit their work to the proofreaders to polish and perfect the translation. We generally employ a single proofreader per project in order to guarantee consistency. However, depending on requirements and deadlines, the number of proofreaders can always be increased. DeliveryWhen everything has been translated and checked (QA), the linguistic coordinator and the project manager carry out final checks before submitting the project to the client. Our good reputation is based on the satisfaction of our clients and our pride in a job well done. |
