Responsibilities:

• Assigning work to translators in-house as well as freelancers, setting guidelines and supervising work in progress
• Preparing, packaging, sending and receiving files for translation and linguistic QA

• Actively coordinating the resolution of linguistic issues
• Working with other members of the group, in a team or as a project lead, respecting all procedures
• Ensuring core product teams, produce localization kits and certification kits prior to localization project launches
• Translation and proofreading of internal and external translation projects
• Communication with Artistic Directors and high profile actors on German audio projects done in our studios
  

Requirements:

• Between 2 to 5 years working experience in translation and management
• Enjoys managing several products simultaneously and is able to easily switch context between projects
• Possesses excellent cross-functional negotiation and communication skills
• Native fluency in German as well as a perfect command of the English language (source language) is essential
